OUR APPROACH TO THERAPY

We know that not every client’s experience is the same, so we aim to tailor every client’s treatment to their individual needs. We use a collaborative approach and combination of techniques from various modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, contextual, and more. Whatever your goals are for therapy, they will be set by you according to what you want to work on. Your therapist may make suggestions on how to reach your goals but you decide where you want to go.
